Rent runs from AED 2,200 to AED 8,000 a month, depending on the room type and contract length, VAT applicable. The longer you stay, the lower the monthly rate.
How do I get to my university every day?
The free ESAW shuttle runs directly to university areas across Dubai including Dubai Knowledge Park and Academic City, Monday to Saturday.
What is included in the rent?
All utility bills (DEWA electricity and water), high-speed fiber WiFi, housekeeping six days a week, gym, study and recreation lounges, 24-hour security, and the free university shuttle.
How long can I stay?
Flexible contracts from 5 to 6 months, 7 to 9 months, or full academic year 10 to 12 months. Longer contracts receive our best monthly rates.
